The Iron Order Motorcycle Club (IOMC) was started by a few hardcore bikers while sitting around sharing beers in a garage. These bikers came from different backgrounds and walks of life. They had a desire to share Brotherhood and socialize together as a group of men sharing a like mindset. That's how it was in the beginning. That's how it is today. It will be that way in the future.
No one is born wearing a cut and as such, we have learned many things about the MC world over the past years. We respect all clubs and support those that support us. We are independent and choose to mind our own business. That is how we started and that is how we will continue.
We run our club by the very same MC rules established over 50 years ago by motorcycle clubs. We are not 1%ers. We are not a HOG chapter, although some of our members do belong to HOG and other outside organizations such as ABATE and the Patriot Riders. As tradition dictates, all IOMC Brothers have endured lengthy hang around, prospect and probationary phases. The process does take longer for some than for others, but if you should ever meet a full-patch Brother of the IOMC, you will know he earned his patch.
We have chapters in many states and have a strong Brotherhood between all of our chapters. To be with our Brothers, we ride every day of the week, every month of the year, day or night and in all sorts of weather.
As we are independent, we do not belong to any associations. We take part in charity events to benefit our communities, not to make headlines or make our club look good. We are law-abiding, like-minded men, brought together by our common love for motorcycles, for riding and the desire for true Brotherhood. We are exactly who we say we are. Nothing more, nothing less. There is nothing hidden or secret about our club.
Those who have ridden with us and have partied with us know we are bikers. We are veterans, active duty military, construction workers, truck drivers, businessmen, police officers, federal agents, salesmen, doctors--virtually any occupation you can think of. The bottom line: we are about motorcycles, Brotherhood and enjoying the biker lifestyle. We really don't care what you do for a living.
Don’t listen to what others may say about being a member of a motorcycle club. If you are law abiding, desire a strong Brotherhood and feel that riding a motorcycle is not a solo event, then maybe we are the right club for you.
Find us, ride with us and see for yourself what the Iron Order is all about. Then decide whether or not you have what it takes to be a Brother in our club.
